Since the beginning of its inception, Noon Library has been operating in three basic sectors, scientific, educational, and cultural.

This institution has become a scientific and cultural focal point in Kabul with a year of experience and its collection of books and activities.

In the scientific and educational sector, during the past year, the field of education for young people and those interested in different sectors are using the most up-to-date educational systems. Included are the international languages, technical expression and speech skills, communication skills, leadership skills, scientific and motivational seminars, and computer programming. 

Highly experienced and expert staff at the beginner and advanced levels are provided in each field of study - various courses, in classroom and / or online formats.

Helping Hand Foundation has partnered with NOON Library to cooperate in scientific and cultural sectors for many months moving forward. The Helping Hand Foundation is awarding prizes for the participants of the book reading competition promoted by the Noon Library organization. Not long ago, Helping Hand Foundation donated a volume of books at the Noon Library to diversify and widen the subject matter.
